Reopening Phases
An Important Message from Pastor Johnny Brower
Greetings Church Family!
Our Administrative Council and I have been hard at work on a plan that utilizes metrics from health experts and local government to help us think about reopening in phases.
In the chart below you’ll see a phased plan that will lead us as a church in making informed and wise decisions about implementing each phase of in-person gatherings. This chart is a guide that will help us as we create and maintain safe and meaningful environments in the midst of an ever-changing landscape of our current COVID-19 climate.

As it stands, we are currently in PHASE III. Which means that we now allow modest outdoor and in-sanctuary gatherings. The primary metric we are looking at is the “rolling 7-day average positive rate” in Williamson County. In addition to that, we will also keep close watch on surrounding counties, as well as listen carefully to local authorities and organizations (such as Hutto ISD, and others).
Know that before we take any official steps into the next phase, there will be ample communication with all of the pertinent details about how we will gather and what precautions will be in place (including our need for volunteers to help make those gatherings happen). Furthermore, regardless of what phase we are in, we will continue our online presence as you have come to know it over the last few months. We are committed to continuing all efforts to reach and engage anyone who feels it is most prudent to reduce their exposure to large public gatherings.
Thank you for being such a wonderful church family! You all continue to be so patient and faithful during this time. You are a shining example and witness to the love of God. You are loved. You are appreciated. You are prayed for daily.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to myself or Vicki Lowrey.
Grace & Peace,
Pastor Johnny
