Each week leading up to Christmas Day we'll examine what it is God is communicating to us today through the messages he sent back then. My hope is that we'll not only find ourselves receiving God's good news anew this Christmas, but also how we too can be messengers today! - Pastor Johnny Brower
EVENTS DURING ADVENT
Caroling (December 18th at 11:30 a.m.)
Join us after church on Sunday, December 18th as we go caroling to a few of our homebound church families! We are seeking cookie donations to add to
our blessing bags and would like a caroler headcount to finalize lunch plans. For more information, to RSVP, or sign up for cookies, please follow this link.
Thank you for being the church and brightening the holiday season for others!
Longest Night Worship Service (December 21st, 7:00pm)
The Christmas season is often marked by expressions of joy, excitement, and happiness. However, this time of joy and expectation can often overshadow
the pain and hurt many experience during this season, when the world's merriment puts their grief and sorrow in start relief. One of the greatest acts of
pastoral care in the Advent season is to offer a service known as a Service of the Longest Night. It’s a worship service scheduled around the winter solstice,
the longest night of the calendar year.
Christmas Eve Worship Services (December 24th 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.)
Christmas Day Worship at Home (December 25th)
Christmas Day rarely falls on a Sunday, but when it does, it offers us a wonderful opportunity to worship at home. So whether you are in your own
home or have traveled to someone else's home; whether you are in a full house or on your own this year, our prayer is that this Christmas your heart
might be filled with the good news of Christ's birth! You can download the Christmas at Home liturgy here, or you can pick one up at one of our Christmas
Eve services.
