Thank you for your interest in applying for the Jim Davis Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is open to any church member who is preparing to pursue or actively pursuing a college education. The amount of the scholarship and the number of scholarships awarded each year will depend on the number of eligible applicants. Award funds can be used to cover tuition, books, fees, and/or living expenses.
This application is your opportunity to provide the Jim Davis Memorial Scholarship Selection Committee with information about your activities inside and outside the church.
STEPS IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
1) Complete the following application form.
2) Write an essay answering one of the prompts on page 6. (Please complete the essay on a separate page and attach it to the application.)
3) Collect two letters of recommendation (one from a church leader and one from another adult, such as a teacher, coach, or employer who is familiar with your character).

Applications can also be turned in to the church office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am-2:00 pm. The deadline for applications is May 1, 2022. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be accepted. The Committee will select a recipient(s) by May 15, 2022.
